Tibetan Protests

I saw pictures yesterday of dead Tibetan civilian protesters.  They were leaked photos that keep getting shut down in an attempt to seal the evidence of what is truly happening.  (Or possibly because they are so graphic.)  All of the photos were of people with a single shot wound, some lying in pools of blood, several on doors used as temporary stretchers, some with organs lying near them.

It must have made me think because I am still a little charged from seeing them.  I wonder what direction I am being pushed though.  When I first saw them, I was sort of fascinated by what it actually looked like and what must have physically happened in terms of why there might have been marks in some places on a body, etc.  Then I started reading the captions which listed the name of the person in the photo who was killed as well as their parents' names, age, and city of residence.  I don't know what happened, but I read that information and it made me feel ill.

Whatever is causing people to hurt and kill each other, I have to think it's stronger than I comprehend.  I now realize how much I don't understand.  My life isn't long enough to understand.

I highly recommend this site though:
